Requirements

REQUIREMENTS FOR VISA

1. One (1) copy of FA No. 2-B (Application for Non-Immigrant Visa);

2. Passport and residence visa must be valid for, at least, six (6) months;

3. Two (2) passport-size photos, 1.77" x 1.37" or 4.5 cm. X 3.5 cm. with plain background. The face length from chin to the crown of the head should be between 2.5 cm. to 3.0 cm. The picture should be signed by the applicant in front at the left side;

4. Certificate of financial guarantee from the employer (if applicant is not employed, submit a Certificate of Bank Deposit, or a letter of guarantee from the parents or guardian or sponsor);

5. Residence Visa - Residence visa in Jordan must be translated into English by a legal translator

6. Original copy of ticket and photocopy thereof showing flight schedule (ETD/ETA);

7. Original passport and photocopy;

8. Name and address of host/sponsor in the Philippines;

9. Payment of visa fees: US$30.00 or 22.500 JD
