Welcome to the new AMINA Kennels website. Amina is run by sisters Amy White and Carrie Hoskeer, daughters of Cathie Montalta: Founder of the original DCM Kennel. After Cathie's death, Amy & Carrie decided to go on with the breed they and their mother loved so dearly. Amy currently resides in Buford, Georgia with 5 dogs. Carrie resides in Flowery Branch, Georgia with 2 dogs. Although we both breed separately, we work hand-in-hand with each other every step of the way.
Amina was an African Queen who was known far and wide as "honest and trustworthy", and so seemed a fitting name for the new kennel. Through careful breeding, Amina is producing quality dogs both as show potential dogs and family companions. |
