Filia is an over-eccentric character that appears in the beginning of Slayers TRY. She's the main priestess of the gold dragons and had a job to prevent the resurrection of Dark Star. Saichiroh sent her to get help from Luna Inverse, but Luna referred her to Lina (Luna loved her job too much to want to leave), and that's how it all began. Filia is extremely strong, and, like Lina, has an extremely short temper. Cross paths with her and you'll find yourself at the wrong end of a swinging mace. Her human transformation from a dragon isn't complete, so when she gets agitated (which she always does) or nervouse that tail of hers pops out from under that gigantic skirt. Filia is calm under normal circumstances, as long as Xellos doesn't smile at her and as long as people don't get on her bad side. She's quite self-reserved, kind, and lady like until angered.
