Fragments Of Love

Today we will make momentary
donations
toward the well spring
of mutual emotions.
These will take form
in shining eyes that smile,
prelude to a kind word...spoken
in passing~
And though we cannot..
give all we wish...we
still search our vocabulary
to speak...and,
The words will grow
from greetings, into small
talk, into full conversations,
which will lead us
to discover our commonality.
and then....
An Electric attraction
has been
struck on a chord of
some sigh's harp string, and...
Those discoveries will
give birth to epiphany,
so that we may find
ways to touch each other's lives
with a daily ritual
of grace.
hoping for ways to impress
and bring
pleasure in even the
smallest ways..
allowable...and
Then, when we've smiled,
and laughed
and given glimpses
of ourselves,
we will learn to give
our hearts
in Fragments of Love.
