Episode Review

"Reasons to Believe"

Say it with me now.....

WE WERE RIPPED OFF!!!!!

Feel better? Good! And if you have no idea what I'm ranting & raving about, here it is -- We were cheated out of seeing the first time Ally & Larry made love. Completely cheated out of it!!! Ugh!!! I think David E. Kelley is a genius but this is the one time when I actually questioned his sanity. Doesn't he know that us Ally & Larry fans need to see these kind of things? Especially after building it up like they did. They made a big deal out of them taking things slowly before making love for the first time. And then it finally does happen...... but OFF-CAMERA!!! Grrrrrr........ I'm not a perv or anything, despite what my friends say :) but darn it! I wanted some kissing, some passion, some love-making!!! Okay, let me stop here now before you think I'm completely nuts (too late) and get back to this episode.

Despite my previous rantings, it was a nice episode. Truthfully, any episode with Ally and Larry in it is going to be a very good episode for me. LOL. We got to see Ally and Larry back in work mode, which I do enjoy seeing...... not as much as...... okay, let me stop :) Actually, let me get back to it. The only thing we got about Ally & Larry's first time was in a short conversation between Ally and Elaine. Elaine asked Ally what her first time with Larry was like and Ally responded that it was so.... completely..... private. Yeah, you're telling me!

I loved the scene with Larry and Brandy (an old lady who was his client) dancing, and Ally walking in on them. It was sweetly funny. Did you see how Larry jumped when he noticed Ally watching them? Hee hee. Caught in the act. And Ally was cute when she told Brandy to stay away from her man. Nothing wrong with being a little possessive :)

Well, we did get a bed scene with Ally & Larry. But of course, it was a bed scene that took place afterwards, if you know what I mean. Grrrrrr........ The case they were working on was bothering Ally and she asked Larry if he loves his job. Larry, knowing Ally so well, knows what she's really asking him...... will he put his job as a first priority in his life? Larry says that no man consciously does that but it just seems to happen, and Ally responds that she doesn't want that to happen to them. Larry agrees. Then they cuddle. Awwwww. Well, if that's the only bone David E. Kelley will throw at us.... I'll take what I can get :)

Larry the Super Lawyer ends up doing wonders again and manages to settle the case. He and Ally dance together at the bar when the day is over. All seems to be well in their relationship, but don't they know that the next episode is lurking around the corner?

All these opinions are mine! LOL.
They are insightful, observant, and ultimately..... worthless :-)
