Top 10 Fun Things to do On Campus!

...at UMich, at Wittenberg, and generically!!


I actually did the #10, 9, 5, 3, 2, & 1 at UMich and can vouch for their "funness".

At UMich
10. Take fake spiderweb and tape it in front of peoples doors. Knock and run away.
9. Find a late bus going to North Campus on the weekend, preferably with a student driver, and stay on for the entire route.
Talk to (or annoy, depending on how he sees it) the driver.
8. Put a lei on the bronze wolverine.
7. Start the wave at a football game.
6. Go in the law library and ring a cowbell. (I can't vouch for your safety doing this one though...)
5. Go to the observatory on top of Angell Hall and then look out over the campus from the roof.
4. Argue with one of the inevitable activists or religious groups on the Diag.
3. Throw balsa wood gliders and parachute men out of the dorm window or off parking structures.
2. Take carillon lessons.
1. Go to a concert in Hill Auditorium and listen to the NY Philharmonic play "Hail to the Victors".


At Witt
10. At night sit right next to the statue of the sitting man outside of the Studen Union and scare people.
9. Change the time and/or meeting place of the different events that are written in chalk all over campus.
8. Make sand castles out of the sand on the sand volleyball court.
7. Decorate the metal tree in front of the art building for each of the holidays (ie: leaves in fall, ghosts for halloween, lights for christmas, hearts at valentines, etc)
6. Go to the random meetings that are advertised, not to get information, but to eat free food and annoy people.
5. Sit in the Science Center and watch the pendulum swing..for hours at a time.
4. When the lacrosse players insist on walking up and down your hallway with their stuff bouncing the ball on the floor/walls/ceiling, steal the ball and throw it out a window (can't vouch for your safety on this one, but if you don't steal it I can't vouch for your sanity either.)
3. Streak the Hollow...and every other building on campus before you graduate (...or not)
2. Step on the seal and find out if it's true that you will not graduate...

9. Paint the windows of the campus "fishbowl"...
