AGS
List
Rules
1.
All For Profit postings and/or advertisements by members who
wish to promote their business(es) or services that generate
capital (this includes both online and offline businesses) must
receive pre-approval and an identification number prior to
posting to the list. They will then be allowed one (1) post per
month for 6 months during the 1st week of every month. After the
sixth month term, those members must reapply before additional
postings are allowed.
2.
Non-Profit Postings
Non-Profit Postings include Cookie Sales, Nut Sales & Calendars/QSP,
as well as troop money earning projects of products that are not
GSUSA product sales items. All Non-Profit postings, especially
troop money earners must receive approval before being posted to
the list. Troop money earning projects may or may not be subject
to council's approval prior to submission to the list. All Rules
and Regulations (of each troop's council / GSUSA) apply to the
terms of this list and must be followed. This is for the
protection of the integrity of the list and to ensure each troop
is not violating any council / GSUSA guidelines that may
possibly place their money earning project sales in jeopardy.
Unless otherwise indicated under GSUSA rules on Internet sales,
all troop money earning projects shall be placed in the AGS
Trading Post. The trading post shall be posted twice each month.
Resubmission to the Trading Post is needed for continual
postings. Non-profit posting not published in the Trading Post
are subjected to the list rules applied to for profit postings
(must receive pre-approval and an identification number).

personal items, over-ordered items, or memorabilia must submit
all information to the AGS Trading Post. Posting directly to the
list is not allowed.
4.
Group Orders
Group orders include product orders that are not part of the
sanctioned AGS Cluster segments. All group orders, where an AGS

being offered to the list as a mass order either for discount
pricing or interest, must receive pre-approval prior to posting
to the list. All Group Orders must set up a database at the AGS
Yahoo! Groups site where members can clearly understand and
place an order (and/or change them) within the set/regulated
time given by the organizer of the group order.

Leaders individually or as a whole can be done freely provided
that they meet the standards of a "G" or "PG" rating as
recognized by the movie industry. Any religious sites must be
used in connection with GSUSA religious awards and not personal
belief. Any "R" or "X" rated posts or links will automatically

advertised should only be promoted by the list owner of that
group AFTER they have asked permission of one of the AGS

tolerated, thus it will not be allowed.
