4.27.02

Okay, I usually get enough of talking about PC by posting on boards, IM, and emails, but I feel like I needed something more, so this is it…my first entry. It's kinda dorky I know but oh well, I just feel like I need to express my opinion!

First of all, many have made comments about how awful "Superstition" is so far and how it's only going to get worse from the looks of certain spoilers. (which will NOT be mentioned spoiler-free friends lol) And I know! I totally feel your pain. We were spoiled so much with Rali in "Secrets" and "Miracles Happen" that it's been really hard for us to get used to days where Rafe and Alison just DON'T have a scene together. Yes, I know, it is difficult. But I really think it will *not* be this way forever…I really and truly do.

I have this saying, it gets worse before it gets better. And the story has got to have some sort of conflict, right? I know we all want Rafe and Alison to have a happy life together, get married and have babies, but that perfect little world doesn't always happen in Soapland. So yeah, the story is kinda sucky now, but you know soaps, they throw in problems that people have to overcome, and this will be the hardest thing Rafe and Alison will have to overcome to be together. But their love is strong, and if anyone can fight their way back to each other, it will be them. Just think of how wonderful their reunion will be! Absence drives you crazy, but there is also a saying that it makes the heart grow fonder too.

All of this probably makes no sense (but keep in mind it is 11 pm as I write this lol) but look, all I'm saying is to stop worrying! I know it's hard to, hard for me as well, but we can't get all worked up about Rafe and Alison not being together right now. PC knows they are popular! Look at all of the promos they have done for Rali. They are keeping them apart b/c they know it will not only add conflict to drive the story, but it will also keep viewers watching and that is what they want! We are certainly going to keep watching for their reunion, right? (and you know it will happen!) And also keep in mind that this is PC…not GH! LOL (if you watch GH, you realize how bad the writing is now…Thank God "McTrash" is on her way out and Guza is on his way back in lol) But really, PC has a team of incredible writers. I'm keeping my faith in them. So everyone, take a deep breath and CALM down!! It will be okay, trust me. Or as Rafe would say with that cute smile of his...TRUST?

But yeah, I know, I wish the Rali Reunion would happen sooner too.

Well, I'm getting off my soapbox now! (and going to bed, this website business wears me out lol)
