Pakistani Language
The main language of Pakistan is called Punjabi ,also known as Panjabi, which is written in a roughly Arabic script in the province of Punjabi and in the Gurmukhi script, devised by Sikh Guru Angad (1539-1552), almost everywhere else. 48% of the country speaks Punjabi, and another 10% speaks Siraiki, a variation on Punjabi, although the official language of Pakistan is Urdu. This offers some insight into the country, as it cannot control the language of it’s people, even though it is taught in their schools. English is also spoken as the official language of Pakistani elite and most government ministries. I think that this is to differentiate themselves from the common person.
In conclusion, Pakistan has widely diversified languages, even sub-languages within their languages. To me this indicates a broken country; one that is differing in languages cannot even discuss their problems amongst themselves.
