After a fortuitous meeting with a stranger on a bus, Xin Yue falls in love with Xu Bao purely based on love at first sight. However, after graduating from University, Xu Bao returns to ShangHai to work leaving behind Xin Yue. Making one of the biggest decisions of her life, Xin Yue also follows him to ShangHai to work. Amongst the millions of people, Xin Yue was in search of her first love.
Upon arrival in ShangHai, her work partner Yu Hai (Alec Su You Peng) in turn falls madly in love with Xin Yue at first sight. Even thoughXin Yue has told herself to forget Xu Bao and accept Yu Hai, she finds that their personalities do not match and deep down she still can't forget Xu Bao. Hence, her attitude towards Yu Hai turns cold and brought up the issue of breaking up numerous times but Xu Bao that time also has a girlfriend - what was meant to be first love for two, turns into wrong love for four?
Xin Yue finally discovers that what she feels towards Yu Hai is purely brotherly love and rejects his marriage proposal but still can't find the courage to admit her true feelings towards Xu Bao.
