| I've just recently graduated from college. Sounds exciting, right? But finding a job is WAY harder than I thought it would be. Right now I work in the Fund Development Office at a hospital near my house. I love what I do (planning special events), but I loathe my pay and my work environment. I'll be gone soon, though. They'll rue the day they denied me a pay raise. Mwah-ha-ha! My most recent obsession is a tad embarrassing, but it was the inspiration for this site. While bored at work one day, I was surfing the Internet and stumbled across the message boards on MTV.com (the Real World board to be precise). Alas, I was sucked in! I soon became addicted. I now consider the other "posters" to be my daytime friends (even if no one in my "real" life understands...tee hee). The MB is a haven for all over-worked, under-appreciated, and creative 9 to 5-ers. It's an outlet. And I love it! |
