This is the burse/museum building (XIX century). After the Russian revolution 1917 - residence of soviet's administration, then, during the World War Two - a hospital. Now one can examine here history of the place "Rybinsk" of the area around from long ago till contemporary lifestyle objects (1990-th) and enjoy pictures and other art works from artists who lived or rested in area of Rybinsk.
