Jillian: You are going to want to take this.
Andrea: Okay, thanks sorry I didn’t answer it but I guess my music was too loud.
Jillian: Don’t worry about it, just take the phone.
Jillian gives the phone to Andrea with a smile on her face and then leaves the room, closing the door behind her.
Andrea: Hello?
Trevor: Hey Baby, how are you?
Andrea: I’m okay, how come you called so late today?
Trevor: Oh our rehearsal went a little long today.
Andrea: Oh okay, I just thought that you forgot about me or something.
Trevor: I could not ever do that Baby. Oh I’m sorry can you hold on for a sec?
Andrea: I sure can.
Trevor had never put Andrea on hold before and she started to think that he was acting a little strange, but she tried to think nothing of it. She walked back over to her CD player and turned the volume down and decided to switch her CD. She put in her Westlife CD and sat down on the bed and waited for Trevor to return to the phone. She had heard the fifth song and was about to hand up the phone when Trevor picked it up again. Trevor left an unpleasant pause and Andrea started to get worried.
Andrea: Trevor if it is bad news can you just tell me please?
Trevor: No it is not bad news, actually it is good news we are coming home in two days for an entire week.
Andrea: Really? That is great news, actually that is the best news I have heard in a long time.
Trevor: Good, I am glad to hear that.
Andrea: Are you going to come and see me as soon as you get back?
Trevor: Yep first thing! I’ll sleep at your house.
Andrea: Promise?
Trevor: Yeah. But listen baby I have to go and do some promo stuff.
Andrea: Okay, call me later if you can.
Trevor: Yeah I’ll try, bye.
Andrea was going to say bye when she was cut off by Trevor hanging up the phone. She thought that him hanging up on her was a little rude but she let it go because he was coming home in two days, that made up for everything. She had to tell Jillian and Darren that Trevor was coming home, so she knocked on Jillian’s door, Jillian opened it and invited her in.
Andrea: Guess what?
Jillian: Okay what?
Andrea: Trev is coming home in two days for an entire week!
Jillian: Wow, Andie that is great! Is he going to stay here?
Andrea: Sure is! Maybe the four of us could do something.
Darren: Sure I’d love to finally meet the man that makes you so happy.
Andrea: Well I will make sure the two of you meet him this time.
Darren: Great! Well if you ladies will excuse me I need to go and have a shower.
Darren gets up from under Jillian’s covers and walks to the bathroom in only his undies. Andrea couldn’t help but admire his buff body. Jillian had really done well for herself this time. Her last boyfriend Drew was only using her to make his now wife jealous. But Darren was so good to her, and he had a really sexy Australian accent.
Andrea: Jillian, you know you really did well this time right?
Jillian: Yeah I know I am so lucky to have him.
Andrea: You really are!
They continued to talk for a few minutes until the phone rang and Andrea had to answer it.
Andrea: Hello?
Lissa: Hey.
Andrea: What’s up?
Lissa: Nothing, just wanted to see what you guys were doing tonight.
Andrea: Me nothing, hold on I’ll go and ask Jilly.
Andrea turns to Jillian and asks what she and Darren were doing that evening. Jillian tells her that they have no plans so Andrea picks up the phone.
Andrea: Lissa you still there?
Lissa: Yeah I am still here.
Andrea: K good, Jilly says that she and Darren are free tonight too.
Lissa: Great, why don’t all three of you come to Melissa and my place, because we are having a party for Melissa and JC’s anniversary.
Andrea: Sounds good, hey guess what?
Lissa: What?
Andrea: Trevor is coming home.
Lissa: Really? For how long?
Andrea: In two days for a week.
Lissa: I have an idea.
Andrea: Okay what’s the idea?
Lissa: Why don’t we throw a party for him in four days we will give him one day to rest.
Andrea: Sounds great I am sure he will love it. So I guess I’ll see you tonight.
Lissa: Yeah, bye!
Andrea: Bye!
Andrea hangs up the phone and tells Jillian about the plans for that evening and the plan to throw Trevor a party, Jillian agrees that the party is a good idea. Darren comes back into the room in only a towel.
Darren: Oh, I’m sorry I forgot that Andrea was in here.
Andrea: No apology needed from you Darren, I was just leaving.
Jillian: Okay Andie I’ll talk to you later.
Andrea: K Bye.
Andrea left the room and smiled at Darren as she passed.

They were the first people to arrive at Lissa’s apartment and were greeted by Mark who was Lissa’s Irish boyfriend.
Mark: Hey Thanks for coming.
Andrea: No problem are we early?
Mark: No you are right on time.
Jillian: Good so where is the happy couple?
Mark: They should be here in about an hour.
Darren: SO what do you want us to do?
Lissa: I thought you would never ask.
Lissa told them what needed to be done and in no time everything was completed. After about ten minutes guests started arriving. Andrea only knew about 10 of them, and she had been friends with Melissa for many years. There was one guy in particular that had caught Andrea’s attention. Half of his hair was bright blue and the other half was black. He had a piercing under his lip and both of his arms were covered in tattoos. He was skinny but built, she could tell, he was wearing a pair of sun glasses and a tight grey tank top. Andrea decided to make it her objective for the night to find out who this guy was.
Melissa and JC arrived and were very surprised by the turnout.
Melissa: Wow guys this is an amazing turnout.
JC: Yeah everyone who was invited is here!
The couple walked around and thanked everyone individually, when they got to Andrea they noticed that she was by herself.
Melissa: Where is Trevor?
Andrea: He is doing band stuff, but he is coming home in two days.
JC: Will I get to see him then?
Andrea: Probably! We are having a welcome home party for him.
JC: Great I miss that little bugger.
Andrea: Yeah me too! So JC are most of the people here your friends?
JC: Yeah, why someone you interested in meeting?
Andrea: No I was just wondering who someone was, but I’ll find out. Oh congratulations by the way.
Melissa: Thanks, well we have to finish our rounds so we will see you later.
Andrea: Okay see you later.
JC: Thanks for coming.
Andrea: No problem.
With that being said Andrea walked over towards the mystery guy that she wanted to talk to. She decided to build up the nerve first so she started walking in the other direction. Andrea made it halfway across the room when she felt someone tap her on the shoulder. She turned around and saw that it was the mystery guy.
Andrea: Umm yeah can I help you?
Guy: Yeah I noticed you walking towards me a little while ago.
Andrea: Really? I didn’t even noticed but since you are here what your name is?
Guy: Alexander James, but just AJ for short.
Andrea: Well it is nice to meet you Alexander James.
AJ: I would like to say the same but I don’t even know your name.
Andrea: Oh I am almost forgot, I am Andrea.
AJ: Well now I can say that it is nice to meet you. Are you alone tonight?
Andrea: Yeah, but that is only because my boyfriend is in Austin Texas right now.
AJ: So you are taken?
Andrea: Yeah, but to be honest sometimes it doesn’t feel like I am.
AJ: Well I guess I am just going to have to settle for being your friend.
Andrea: I would really like that. By that way I love your hair.
AJ: Really?
Andrea: Yes it looks different, and I like different.
AJ: Well I usually hide it under a toque, but today I decided to show it off.
Andrea: Well I am glad that you did. Do you mind if I ask you something?
AJ: No go right ahead.
Andrea: Do you have any more tattoos?
AJ: Yeah do you want to see them?
Andrea: Sure.
AJ: Let’s go over there and I will show you the rest of them.
Andrea followed AJ to the corner of the room where he turned around so that his back was to her, and lifted up his tank top and showed her the two that were on his back and shoulder blade. All Andrea could think about was how toned his body looked from behind. Then he turned around and showed her is favourite tattoo. It was a 69 that went around his belly button. Andrea tried to stop herself from saying something but she found it impossible.
Andrea: Um wow you are really built… I mean nice tattoos.
AJ: Well thanks for both.
Andrea: Oh you’re welcome.
Andrea and AJ talked for the rest of the party until Jillian and Darren found her and told her that it was time to leave. Andrea was reluctant but since she gave AJ her number and told him that they should really stay in touch. AJ agreed and gave her his number too.

Darren had already fallen asleep and Jillian really wanted to know who Andrea had been talking to so she walked into Andrea’s room. Andrea was still awake programming AJ’s number into her cell phone.
Jillian: Andie whatcha doin’?
Andrea: Jilly what do you want to know?
Jillian: Who is he?
Andrea: Who?
Jillian: The guy whose number you are programming into your phone right now.
Andrea: Oh his name is AJ.
Jillian: He was hot eh?
Andrea: Yeah I noticed but Trevor comes home in 1 and a half days.
Jillian: That’s true but I was talking about AJ.
Andrea: Yes and I was trying to change the subject.
Jillian: So you liked him?!
Andrea: I found him very charming and extremely attractive yes, but I am with Trevor.
Jillian: I totally know the feeling, but I better get back to bed before Darren notices that I am gone and starts wondering where I am.
Andrea: Okay night Jilly, hey before you go did you notice if the light was flashing on the answering machine?
Jillian: I think it was.
Andrea: Okay I will go and check it thanks!
Jillian: Okay goodnight.
Andrea gets off her bed and walks back to the front door where the answering machine was. The light was indeed flashing so she pushes the play button and listened to the message.
Trevor: Hey Baby where are you tonight?... You tell me to call and you aren’t even home?... I don’t even know why I bother sometimes. Well I guess that I’ll talk to you tomorrow or something. Bye! Oh and incase you have forgotten this is your boyfriend Trevor.
Andrea was angry that Trevor would leave such a message when he hadn’t even tried to call her cell phone. So Andrea went back to her room and picked up the phone and called Trevor’s cell phone. He answered after the second ring.
Trevor: Hello?
Andrea: Hello.
Trevor: Hey Baby!
Andrea: Don’t you dare to hey baby me!
Trevor: What?
Andrea: What? Um don’t you don’t remember the message you left tonight?
Trevor: Nope.
Andrea: Do you want me to play it back for you Trevor?
Trevor: Oh you mean the angry message.
Andrea: Yeah that would be the one.
Trevor: Oh sorry about that sweetie I was drinking and I got a little carried away that’s all. You know that I Love You Baby!
Andrea: Sometimes I just don’t know!
Trevor: What are you trying to say? You don’t believe me?
Andrea: I…
Trevor: So now we have no trust?
Andrea: I…
Trevor: Well what do we have then?
Andrea: But Trevor I never said any of that. I just said that I didn’t know how you felt anymore.
Trevor: The let me prove it to you then.
Andrea: Prove what? That you love me?
Trevor: I will make everything better when I get home. Goodnight!
Trevor once again hangs up before Andrea had a chance to say goodbye. If this was becoming his new routine for ending a conversation Andrea would not be a happy lady. She decided to try to go and get some sleep, because thinking about how mad she was a Trevor was not going to help. She fell asleep that night thinking about AJ her new found friend.
