Taiwan Food

    Do you like to cook at home? I am not good at cooking and I always like easy and simple recipes. but I often cook Taiwan food at home , because Taiwan food is lesser calorie than American's. In fact, some Taiwan or Chinese food are easy, I wish you could learn more in this page.
      Chinese food is most famous in the world.   Where have Chinese would have Chinese food. Taiwanese's ancient came from China for over several hundred years, so until now Taiwanese keep the Chinese food characteristic -color, smell and taste, in addition, they improve on better and more special such as Chou tofu, Oyster noodle, Almond tofu, Bo ba tea milk.........
       Now I would like to introduce you the Taiwan food recipes in websites and eat Taiwan and Chinese food in South California and my   favorite Chinese restaurant in Los Angeles area.

Cook tip:

It is a common method of Chinese(Taiwan) food preparation, it uses two temperatures of oil for deep frying. In general when the oil begins to smoke, it is ready to fry pork , and beef .When the oil begins to bubble,which is at a temp. slightly lower, it is suitable for chicken.

Deep-frying

Stir-frying

It is another common method of Chinese(Taiwan) food preparation, it uses a little hot oil covers and occasionally stired in a shallow pot. It is fit for vegetable dishes that made this way are best served immediately.

Steaming

It uses two methods: 1.Where the ingredients are suspended above water and the steam around them does the cooking. 2. The pot of ingredients is immersed part-way into the boiling water.

Seasonings

It include Soya sauce,Soya bean jam,Rice wine,Chinese red pepper,Ginger root, Monosodium glutammate, or taste power.
