This is a website thesis as a requirement for graduation at the Foundation for the Support of the United Nations Distance Education Computer Courses (FSUN-DECC) for the year 2001-2002.
The succeeding links of pages hereafter are intended to substantiate my assertion about the problems and constraints affecting our present agriculture productivity, as well as my recommendations to our farmers, government officials and our agencies concerned with reviewing our current programs to maximize our capability to produce food for a self-suff
icient nation.
Furthermore, by solving these problems and constraints we will ensure our Food Security Program in the Philippines, at this time of economic crisis and growing population.
Best wishes to all.
