You might be wondering what the "Mind-it" Tool is doing in this site (Menu page and Guest Book page so far)

What you do is this:  Enter your e-mail address in the space provided, and click the "Mind-it" button.  
Whenever the page changes, you'll be sent an e-mail by Mind-it to let you know.  I use it to keep an eye on the guest book.  
And it's there in the menu page because whenever I add something interesting (I hope ), I will make a change to the menu page, and Mind-it will see that.

Actually, you can use Mind-it to keep an eye on any web site, not just where they use the Mind-it service.  To do this you have to visit the Net Mind site (click the link above), and record the pages there that you want to watch.  It's a bit slow, and a little complicated (They didn't make their layouts very clear in my opinion), but once you have mastered how to use the service it's very good.
