ZHR is the "Zenithal Hourly Rate", or the number of meteors you might expect to see each hour at the Zenith (overhead).  The number reduces towards the horizon.  

R.A. and Dec. are short for "Right Ascension" and "Declination", which are the equivalent to Longitude and Latitude on a map of the Earth
