1.What kind of payments do you accept?
I accept Paypal payments (credit card) and money orders.
Once I have received your order with all the information on it, I will e-mail you back with an attachment to pay me via pay pal (if that is the payment method you selected) when you get the e-mail all you have to do is follow the instructions.
3.How do I get a paypal account?
Pay pal accounts are free and all you have to do is click here and follow the instructions.

A Travelers Express money order can be purchased with cash at many supermarkets, chains, financial institutions, check cashiers or other independent retailers across the U.S. and at U.S. Military installations."

1.How do I order an item? To order an item, fill in the form by clicking here.
2.How can I order a custom doll?
All you have to do is e-mail me a description of your doll. The hair color you want, the skin color, what kind of clothes, etc. If you have a picture of a family member you want the doll to resemble you can e-mail it to me. All dolls are up to 2" tall. If you want a taller doll just e-mail me the dimensions you want it and I'll e-mail you a price for the doll.
3.You haven't replied to my order, what happened?
I reply to your order within 2 bussines days. I reply at night of every weekday. If I haven't replied to your e-mail chances are that you send it to a different e-mail adress, so please make sure that you have checked twice for errors in the adress. Another thing that can happen (specially if you e-mailed me bia hotmail) is that your e-mail could have gotten lost, so please save the information of your order somewhere in your computer in case it gets lost you can resend it without having to write the whole thing again.
4.Can I change a feature of a doll that is in your ornaments page?
Sure, you can change the hair color, skin color, pretty much everything.

1.What are the shipping prices?
I don't know how much it will be for shipping until I have your adress. After I get your adress and your order, I can let you know how much it will be for shipping.
2.How long will it take for me to get my items?
Your items should get to you within 3 to 4 days of when you made your payment.
3.When I got my package I had to sign for it, why?
The reason why I request a signature is so that there will be a record that I actually in fact sent your item to you and when you sign for it I'll know you received it. Also so that the package has less chances of getting lost or stolen at the post office.
4.What shipping service do you use to send packages? I use the USPS (United States Postal Service) First class mail with delivery confirmation and signature requiered. You can also let me know what mailing service you prefer and we can arrange that.
5.Can you ship to other countries other than the US? I do at request, although you have to pay more for shipping. If you are willing to pay more for shipping, I am willing to send it to you. You have to contact me first.
