About Us

The Annapolis Chapter was founded in 1972 by Ross Selby. Under Ross' leadership a committee was formed that was made up of local Annapolis area volunteers. These volunteers established a tradition of great DU fundraising events in the area for the developing rank and file Annapolis Chapter members.

That tradition continues on today, stronger than ever. Thanks to the outstanding members of the Annapolis Chapter, the committee is able to routinely plan and execute fundraising events thereby contributing measurably to Ducks Unlimited.

Our membership is made up of professionals in the financial planning and banking industry, government employees, contractors, Navy and other military veterans, service professionals and an occasional black Lab or two.

In supporting the mission of Ducks Unlimited, the Annapolis Chapter committee attempts to make all events fun and worthwhile in pursuit of fundraising efforts on behalf of the ducks!
