In compliance with all lawful requirements per Department of Health, FAC 64E-6. Your home has a filter in the inlet device of your septic tank. This filter should be removed and cleaned in perpetuity, in order for your system to continously function properly. Failure to maintain this filter; via of periodic removal and cleaning, may result in your system showing signs of failure; ie. slow flushing, back-ups into your home. All of which may be resolved with a simple maintenance call. Let this serve as notice that your system is equipped with a filter device. Before being pesuaded to replace your drainfield at a costly expense. As homeowner you need to be aware that a simple routine filter cleaning may solve the problem.
