- Detailed description:
The body is a stubby truncated cone sloped over 45º, 5 cm high,
round at the base. It has a 2 cm eye-hole to attach the sounding line.There
seem to be a simple cavity at the base.

- The leads are all made the same way : a hole at the
top to secure a line and a cavity at the base intended to contain a
sticky material, (pitch,bitumen,resin) which permitted to recuperate
sediment from the bottom and find about its nature, sand, mud, weeds
or rocks.
