Vitamins B1, B2, B3 B6, B12, pantothenic acid, biotin folic acid and C are water soluble. The water soluble vitamins are excrete in the urine when excess in diets. These need to be replenished frequently.

Vitamin B complex are:
Vitamin B1 (thiamin)
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin)
Vitamin B3 (niacin)
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine)
Vitamin B12 (cobalamin)
Pantothenic acid
Biotin
Folic acid
There are other substances whose vitamin status has not been established. Some researchers consider these to be vitamins but this is not generally accepted. Such substances include choline, inositol, para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA) and coenzyme Q10.
