Obviously a delay of a few weeks does not faze the scammer

I am very pleased to hear from you.You can still assist by heeding to my
directives.I need to first have an attorney hired to get sworn affidavits of
claim of the fund by you.Once the afidavits are obtained,the attorney shall have
application made to my bank for the onward wire of the fund to your account.I
need you to give me your personal information to have this registered with the
bank that I ahve found the next of kin to the deceased engineer.

More lawyers... Ahh engineer "Dyke" Why does that sound familiar. Shouldn't it be Engineer "Cova" in my case? I think that the scammer is only talking Mr Dykes at the moment

Now to inform the scammer that the engineer should be "Cova". Will the scammer backtrack?

Hello Ray,

In your first email you said that the deceased engineer was named "Cova" and 
that since I had the same last name as the deceased person I can be presented as 
the next of kin. Who is this Engr Dykes that you now talk of?

Well perhaps the "Spam the scammer" campaign is a victim of its own success? The scammer is wising up rather quickly...

Why are you not interested my support? What has happened? Was it something I 
said? I think I deserve an explanation before I an unceremoniously dumped as 
your partner in this business.

I think Raymond Kuti, is probably due for a name change before he tries to scam other people... Perhaps an "Abacha" or "Sese-Seko"??
