The Third Kota Kinabalu Company was officially established
in 1978. At present, our meeting ground is at All Saints' Parish
Hall in the heart of  Kota
Kinabalu City. The company is comprise of Junior and Senior Section
which meet from 2.00pm to 4.00pm and 2.00pm to 5.00pm respectively.
Apart from that, our platoon in Sabah Tshung Tsin Secondary School
at Jalan Damai meets on every Friday from 2.00pm to 4.00pm.

Our company is under the sponsoring authority of All Saints' Cathedral.
The Very Reverend Koo Tuk Su is currently the Dean of the cathedral
and also the Chaplain of the company as well.

Our theme from 2001 to 2003 is Commited to Excel which is taken
from the Book of Colossians 3:23, which says "And whatever
you do, do it heartily, as to the LORD and not to men."
Therefore, our company focus is on the excellence to be
- Righteous in relationship with Jesus, our family and
other people,
- Obedience in praise and worship and giving,
- Ministries in His Words and prayer to save the lost souls
