Last year (1996) was spent mostly in europe. From diving in Norway above the polar circle, to the local wrecks off Sydney "Down Under". <br>

This a picture of me when I dived in the moutains 1600m above sea level in Turkey.

<h3 align=left>A bit of a <blink>wreck</blink> buff</h3>
<p> As a diver becomes more experienced, they often tend to specialise. Some teach, others, photography, marine biology, cave diving, spear fishing and wreck diving. I guess I'm a bit of a wreck buff.
<hr>
Some of the most exciting diving was on ancient wrecks in Greece and Turkey. Generally all that remains is the pottery but as you dive into the past, images of gold and jewels go through your mind.

<p>I have dived World War II wrecks in Norway, Turkey and the Solomon Islands. Ancient wrecks In Greece and Turkey, as well as the local wrecks in Sydney and up and down the NSW coast.
This picture shows me ready to dive near Bodo approx 100 km north of the polar circle in Norway.
