Early in January 1999 we asked people who used our site in 1998, how satisfied
they have been with the service provided.
We were very pleased how many answered and that most of them have rated our service positively. See the answers for yourself below.
A few users however, who had sent email queries to the US postal service or to the Australian postal service, using the links provided,
complained, that they did not receive any answer.
