A Choral Workshop

Mozart ~ Mass in C Minor
CPE Bach ~ Magnificat

If you enjoy singing, why not join Romsey Choral Society in their fifth annual choral workshop? David Truslove will direct the vocal sessions and Andrew Phillips will provide voice training and performance techniques. If you are not familiar with the works being studied, the ability to sight-read reasonably well would be a distinct advantage.

David Truslove

As conductor to Romsey Choral Society for the last thirteen years and, more recently, to Portsmouth Festival Choir, David has developed an extensive knowledge of choral repertoire. Adventurous concert programming is a feature of his craft and composers championed by him include Max Bruch, Brian Chapple and Bob Chilcott. David is a longstanding member of Winchester Cathedral Choir, with whom he has made numerous recordings and broadcasts and performed in various international venues, including Sydney Opera House.

Andrew Phillips

Andrew is an established soloist whose career has taken him all over the world. As a choral conductor and animateur, he has built an enviable reputation in the recording studio, working for major companies as conductor and producer on film scores and CD projects. For twenty years he was singing tutor at Wellington College in Berkshire.
