Dispatch Operations - 1 fire dispatcher is on duty at all times at the fire dispatch center which is located at Fire HQ. Telegraphic street boxes and master boxes are used. A paging system is used to alert offduty members of "callbacks" which are done for larger fires. Boxes are not beeped via radio.
