Mission StatementTracing Our Roots, appears every Thursday in the Plano Star Courier Newspaper and contains a potpourri of items to interest all genealogists including: educational information; reunions; free queries; book reviews; notices of genealogy workshops, seminars, institutions and conferences; as well as recognition of genealogists performing outstanding service to the genealogical community. Each query must identify a subject with complete names, birth, death, and marriage information if known. The sender must also include their address, with phone and e-mail optional. You may also E-mail information for publication to the columnist.
