All of these images are usable! You can take them from this site and use them for your sites. For the banners, I ask you to fill out the form for me to give you a banner unless you want a banner that says, 'Your Text Here' and below 'The Sailor Moon Page'. All I ask of you is when you take my web graphics that you provide a LINK BACK TO MY SITE! This happens on SO many sites. Also, please do not directly link back any images here. You must upload it onto your own server.
