"I ...I ...hhhe ..ttttheey" panted Shiine, not making any sense. His panting had got in the way of what he was trying to say.
"What are you talking about?" growled an impatient Riya.
"Calm down." said Minako "You mustn't try to talk when you're out of breath. Nothing that you say will make sense if you were to talk and pant at the same time." This seemed to be the first sensible sentence that Minako had said so far.
Shiine nodded his head and rested for a while first. When he felt better, he told them the story.
According to Shiine, he rode on the broom to Seravi's house. Along the way he met Dorothy and
learnt from her that she and Seravi just had another argument. The moment he arrived at the house, he saw that Seravi was already imprisoned inside a transparent container, which looked like a bottle. Someone (or something) else was with him; he did not look at all friendly. It felt Shiine's presence and looked over his shoulder to check. Shiine was spotted! It had the body of a human, and yet somehow, he ressembled a monster. Perhaps it was the evil aura surrounding it. He could not tell if it were human or monster. Seravi yelled to Shiine to get help. Shiine ran as fast as he could as the creature was gaining on him. He was so scared that it did not occur to him to use his magic to get out of the predicament. Finally, it probably had given up on chasing Shiine and went back to Seravi.
After Shiine told the story, Minako spoke "We have to do something!"
"But how?" asked Shiine, filled with despair "Cha Cha is missing! There is nothing we can do!"
"What has Cha Cha got to do with anything?" she asked.
"Seravi gave us magical items." explained Riya "Shiine has 
the ring; Cha Cha, the medallion; and for me, the bracelet." He showed her the bracelet and the ring. "When we call upon our powers, the magic of the three items combine and Cha Cha becomes the Magical Princess. The problem is, only Cha Cha can become the Magical Princess."
"Oh, I get it." nodded Minako like she would when she understood a problem explained by the teacher, which was very seldom the case. "But, why only Cha Cha?"
"Because," explained Shiine "only one who has a pure heart and is born of royal blood can become the Magical Princess."
"Cha Cha is a princess? Wait a minute! I can help you!"
"How?" they both asked.
"I can be the Magical Princess!"
"This is no time for jokes!" exclaimed Riya.
"You don't understand! I am the Venus Princess and I certainly am the one you are looking for!"
"Are you sure?" they both asked as one. In short, they did not think that she was pure enough.
"Of course I'm sure!"
"It is dangerous! Cha Cha is already used to fighting bad guys. Are you?" asked Riya.
"I have been fighting the baddies as Sailor Venus ever since I was 13 years old!" she boasted.
"Why don't you transform into Sailor whatever your name is instead?" Shiine questioned.
"I do not have my transformation item with me anymore. Is the medallion in this house?"
"Yes." he replied.
"Good. Let's go!"
