Ro carefully watched the man who had rescued her. No, not a man, some kind of robot. She sort of remembered him saying he was an Infiltration Unit of some kind. It had been a decent couple of days with him. He'd fed her, taken her shopping, and even taken her to a hotel. And the unlimited cred card thing was definitely a plus. He charged up her cred card from his own and handed it back to her, 500 creds richer. 'Zee,' as she had dubbed him, needed access to a high clearance computer and she'd promised to help him get to it. He pointed to wear the only one in town could be found: the NSA ship.
Ro raised an eyebrow. "You're joking right?"
"No." He shook his head. "We will need to wait until one of the agents leaves on break. I will then take on their appearance and enter the ship."
As they watched, a red-haired agent exited the vessel. "Bingo," muttered Ro. Following him into the restaurant, she waited a few moments before knocking ketchup onto his uniform. "I'm so sorry!" she gushed, "Let me help you clean that up."
"No! Stop!" he cried, trying to shoo Ro off. He grabbed the napkin from out of her hands and wiped at his front. Ro checked out the window: Zee seemed to have made it in okay. Making sure her cred card was still in her pocket, she headed down the street.
A sudden thought hit her: what if Zee wasn't okay? What if the agent she met at the restaurant when back to the ship before Zee got out? What if they captured him, reprogrammed him and forced him to kill again?
Ro slapped her forehead. "Oh, I forgot. I'm insane."
Ignoring her crazy thoughts, she continued on her way.
