The Zeta Project is about the Infiltration Unit Zeta and his quest to prove his innnocence to the federal government. Along the way, he encounters a girl named Ro who is also searching for her family. Togather they search for a way to find their families and stop running.
The Zeta Project airs on Kids WB! in the United States, YTV in Canada, Cartoon Network AU in Australia, and as "El Proyecto Zeta" on CartoonNetwork LA in Mexico.
