This "toy" is a stuffed cat on top of a revived moogle. Cait Sith is controlled by Reeve a Shinra employee. Cait is a good edition to the team. Reeves inside spot lets you know exactly whats happening at Shinra HQ. Reeve even becomes attached ot group trying to save the world. He was originally hired to be an inside spy, but his feelings changed when he saw how much these people were risking there lives to save the world. Later on though, Reeve is caught by Shinra for trying to help the enemy. Since he is a fortune teller, Cait was asked to see how compatible Cloud an Aerith were and he said they were a perfect match.
Cait Sith is not someone you want to constantly be on your team. His dice limit is sometimes helpful but its not worth having Cait constantly on your team. His role should be to manipulate things to get more Enemy Skills. Give materia such as morph, and transform, to Cait, and then PHS him when you need him. The Hypnocrown accessory should be given to him too, to increase his manipulation rate.
