need i say it AGAIN?? LACK-OF-SLEEP. damnit.

i got a call from my friend last nite around 11:00pm. he asks me if I want to go camping this weekend. we talk about it for a little while...joking about the Blair Witch and the Jersey Devil. cool deal, we decide on going this weekend. i hang up the phone and try to go back to sleep. next thing i know, im imagining little kids hand prints on my bedroom wall and some dude standing in the corner (a la Blair Witch) . very disturbing.

needless to say, i lay there in bed, freaked out, with my eyes wide open like saucers until about 1:00am or something. *yawn*

on to other things...HAPPY BIRTHDAY DAD!!!! its my dad's bday today...i think ima take him to the japanese restaurant that i was raving about the other week. =) sushi sushi sushi...i just hope i dont fall asleep into my miso soup. =P laterz dudes.

*yawn* typical routine last nite again. fell asleep tooo tooo late =( man. i also wasted about 3 hours yesterday in front of my computer trying to work on my new page layout. it just sucks when you have all these ideas in your head but when you sit down to actually do them they look like crap. maybe im just a photoshop idiot. =( i guess my new page layout will have to wait until i feel "inspired" again.

"ahhh... the smell of urine in the morning". this is what goes thru my mind every morning as i walk thru the tunnel from my train to my workplace. what could possess someone to just decide to take a piss at the subway station?? does it even closely resemble a toilet? it's dirty, yes.. but there is nothing down there that remotely looks like a urinal..but yet every morning...with out fail - the wind comes down the tunnel and wafts that smell of urine right to your nostrils. *bleh* since i go thru this routine almost every day..i think im to the point where im desensitized to the urine by now. heheh

*yawn* damn. i need sleep. past few nights i havent been able to sleep any earlier than 12:30am =( weird thing is... im not to the point where im extremely tired in the mornings. i wake up and feel "sorta"-rested, yanno?

*sigh* i dunno...it doesnt help that my new magazines came in the mail this week. heheheh id rather read articles in Maxim or Stuff than sleep, i suppose. doesn't hurt that they got some dope girls in there too =P

im leaving work in about 52 minutes. heheh yay half-day! actually not really "yay" cuz im going to the dentist. i havent went since may of 99... right before i quit my last job. i figured i should go before my dental plan would be cut off. and since ive been working here ive just been lazy. its not that im scared of the dentist or anything... its just that i hate after you go there once and then they keep telling me to come back like every month for cleaning or check-ups or whatever.

BAH. as long as my teeth arent rotting out of my mouth - i say im fine. besides...i think my work only covers like basic shit. once i go for follow-ups its coming out of my pocket. and dentists charge MAD LOOT. plus my teeth hurt like hell for the next day. i hate when they jab that damn hook in your teeth looking for cavities. bitches. oooohhh..if we could switch places...just ONCE! man. id be a jabbing fiend >=)

IT'S A GIRL!! congratulations to my friends Dave and Olivia...who gave birth this weekend to a beautiful baby girl - Ophelia Araceli Maristela Rebanal.

Aside from my friend giving birth this weekend...every thing else was pretty much low-key. hahahah =P I drove up to wifey's on friday night...and lemme tell ya..i LOOOOOVVVVE EZ-Pass!!!! For those of you who don't know, EZ-Pass is this little thing you stick on your car windshield, that electronically pays the tolls. You fill up your account either by check or credit card...and when you go thru the toll booths, it is automatically deducted from your account. no change needed, no waiting in line. just roll on thru the ez-pass lane and keep driving =) i think i shaved at least 15 mins off my normal drive time =) best thing is that you can use it almost everywhere...right now on major bridges (phila/nyc) and nj parkway. the turnpike will be having it soon too. i recommend it. it saves so much time and is so convenient.

anyways..what else. hung out w/my goddaughter Brianna this weekend. I love her man. little kids kill me. shes at that age where she talks a lot and repeats everything you say. she actually said "what's up, yo?" to me that night *laughing* true jersey girl =)
we took her to a carnival/fair nearby..and she had fun on the kiddie rides...us "adults" had fun trying to kill each other on the bumper cars. man that was fun. i havent been on bumper cars since YEARS ago.

time to actually start work now. later.
