man freekin allergies =/ *sniff* shit man..my nose is all stuffed up and my eyes just feel puffy and watery. damn ragweed. sucks.

anyways..not much news today...oh - if you ever used to IRC back in the day on EFnet #filipino or DALnet #flipside ...u should go check out AsianAvenue cuz a lot of the old skewlers are over there. Just sign up for a username and search for me "CuEoNeR" and look at my personal page. I have links to most of the old heads there. Its pretty cool..just to see what everyone is up to...pictures and what not.

pretty jam-packed weekend. drove up to wifey's on friday...then went to hang out w/some friends in hoboken. arthur's steaks are the BOMB. *full* 24 oz of pure beef. (and thats the SMALL one) couldn't even finish it. hadda wrap it up and save it for next day's lunch. then went to a friend's apartment to hang out and toss back a few brews. what up BONE! phat pad man!

saturday...woke up around 1pm? whoa! i didnt know what time it was...all i knew was that it was a saturday and i had no work =) got dressed and went to a wedding (co-worker of my gf). it was pretty cool. traditional filipino wedding... then went to the reception. very nice place..i think it was called "Costa Del Sol" in Union, NJ. Nice cocktail hour outside...open bar (YEAH!) and hors de oveurs (sp?) got to meet some of my gf's co-workers. pretty funny bunch i must say. it was just non-stop jokes the whole nite...they're very friendly too. i think now i know why my gf likes work so much =P i wouldn't mind workin w/funny ppl like that...heheh

got to the reception...it was cool. basic filipino line-dancing again. hahahah (filipinos really LOVE some electric slide, dont they?). then it came time to throw the garter - lemme just say that all the single men in the crowd were no where to be found *silence**hears crickets*. anyways, some how, some way - i got pulled up onto the dance floor w/the other single men. mind you i felt REALLY awkward cuz i didnt know anyone at the wedding. after about 3 attempts of throwing and seeing all the single men back away like that garter was contaminated with black death, the groom threw it again.

this time, i didnt have a chance to back away. why, you ask? maybe because i was held down by 5 groomsmen and the groom shoved the garter into my shirt pocket!!!!! ah well. alls well that ends well =) at least i got to put the garter on the leg of the bridesmaid that caught the bouquet, right? hahahah well, like i said..keep in mind that i didnt know ANYONE at the wedding really...and um. about 300 eyes were on me. the emcee says "the higher you go up her leg, the more happiness they will have in their marriage" ...so like a trooper, i stuck my head up under the skirt and went for broke *laughs* hahahaha j/k =P

sunday...went to a baby shower in queens...it was cool. the shower was a picnic held at the botanical gardens. pretty nice place - if it wasn't so DAMN HUMID outside. man. i felt so sticky and nasty...ah well we had a good time though. i took a lot of pics too...so check back for those.
