Mr. Zard Samander Mr. Samander is a rich old miser so cheap that he lives in the same apartment building as Caffeine and Johnny. He's a crusty, cranky ol' lizard and he wants nothing to do with Caffeine and Johnny. He has no patience for their antics and the amount of noise it makes.
