Eeevilcat We don't know where he came from or who he is beneath the costume, but Eeevilcat has dedicated his life to making Superkat's life miserable. He has no powers like Johnny, and he's completely inept like Johnny, but unlike Johnny, he has all sorts of technology... that he doesn't know how to use (We don't know where he got the money for all that technology either). He has nothing better to do with his time, so he's decided to use that time to be eeevil. Not just evil, but eeevil with two extra Es for...uhhhh...savings.
