The next morning the boys walked to the town square. Today though was a religious day and most of the people were in the temple. Wufei signed now that he had plenty of room to walk unlike the other days where you could barely breath without touching someone. At noon they were in the town square, since they got up late.

In the square was Sept and another girl. Sept had her long black hair in a braid now and wore a blue dress the went past her knees and men's leather knee boots. Her friend had lime green hair that showed off her siren heritage. She had striking blue eyes. She wore a dark green dress that was the same length as Sept. She was an inch shorter. They walked up to the girls slowly not knowing what to expect.

"Good morning soldiers," Sept greeted.

"Hello Sept," they answered if they felt like it.

"Helena Vignette I'd like you to meet Heero, Trowa, Wufei, Duo and my big brother Quatre," she introduced.

"Hello minna," she said bowing gracefully.

They nodded to her and then Heero noticed they didn't have weapons.

"Do you have weapons and horses," he asked.

"Yes, of course," Helena said softly.

"Their in our house on the outskirts of town in the direction of Sank," Sept offered.

"Good," Heero and Trowa replied.

"We should go now, "Quatre said, "Morning worship will be over soon."

"Every so right brother," Sept said.

They were half way to the edge of town when the end bell sounded. As people began to filter the streets the girls showed off their weapons and mounted. They pulled out two horses. Sept's was Silver Lady a slick silver animal with a black spot on her forehead and a white mane and tail. Helena's was Pieces her horse was just as interesting as it's owner. It had blue-green skin and a shiny blue mane, her horse even had connections to water animals.

"Do you two have siren powers," Wufei asked warily.

"Yes, we only call them at will," Helena answered.

"What can sirens do," Duo asked.

"Make themselves look beautiful to the opposite sex, sing a song that will attract any male, or female. No matter the species. Shoot fire water acid, change into a mermaid, and guide ships," she replied.

"You can really do all that," Duo asked. "Yep, just because she's part siren. We'll have to give you and Quatre the powers most likely to perform the mission."

"You act as though you know what your doing," Heero said.

"We wouldn't have be asked by Treize to join you if we didn't."

"W-what," Wufei sputtered.

"You heard me."

"Girls I want to see your tests," Heero said in his monotone voice.

"All right, Helena why do you go first," Sept spoke politely.

"Trowa stay right there and hold this target above your head," Helena instructed.

Trowa raised the large target. The red bull's eye circle was as small as the one he'd trained on. Helena rode her horse a good ten feet away. She took at her bow and let loose three extremely slim arrows. Each landed in the bull's eye. Heero, Trowa, Duo and Quatre nodded at her accuracy. Wufei only grunted in acknowledgment. Next was Sept's turn.

"I'll fight Wufei. All right my friend. I only have three rules. One, no fatal blows. No killing someone you're working with. Two, no damaging blows, like cutting off parts or cutting into. Three, only give up when you can't escape. Like if your on the ground with a sword to your neck. Understand?"

He simply nodded as pulled out his sword. It was a simple blade with a black hilt. Sept had a more ornamental sword. It was a blade with a good deal of silver in it. On it was black runes. The runes read Silver Lady. The hilt was black with silver designs all over it. Holding it in her left hand she tested it. Making sure it was still in condition she turned to Wufei.

"Ready, " she asked.

"Ready," he nodded.

They went at it for twenty minutes neither getting the upper hand. In the end Wufei was on the ground with Sept's blade tip to his throat. The others were impressed. Someone who could actually beat Wufei at sword fighting.

"Glad she's on our side," Duo whispered to Quatre.

"As am I," he returned.

The girls after proving themselves were welcomed in without complaint. As the rode on the gods mused over them.

"Seven of them are already gathered. Just two more. Once they find Merian and Millard the end of this great battle will come to an end," Shinigami said to his wife.

"Yes, but they'll be reborn again for the next war. Force to protect those who cannot be defended by themselves," Silver Lady his wife replied. (A.N. In the lore for this story Shinigami is married to Silver Lady. Shingami is the God of death, duh. Silver Lady is goddess of the moon, the eternal graveyard. Duo still claims to be Shinigami and Sept, Silver Lady. That's all for now ^_~)

"Such a long future for those nine. And then the two who get tangled up for no reason."

"Hmm love Mrs. Noin or Sally Po?"

"Noin, she falls in love with Zechs and yet he'll never love anyone but the tenth."

"Will the tenth every fight with them?"

"I don't know Lady but I hope he will."

The seven setup camp and Helena started dinner. Sept took out a large book and began reading.

"What's that," Quatre asked.

"A moon mage spell book. Because mages are selective there are few," she replied.

"So you looking up a spell?"

"Yes, and I'm going to do it tonight."

Duo watched Sept read he was still taken back be her skill but now she looked like a little girl curled up reading her favorite story book. She began whispering words as if trying to remember a rhyme. That night after dinner she put into effect what she was memorizing.

"This is something special that I must do. Do be afraid or try to kill me," Sept began as she whispered a word of power before putting her hand in to the fire.

She pulled it out to hold the fire in her hand. Rising it to her face it changed in to a vivd blue color.

"Pure confessor now moon mage. Aura of love, fury, kindness and pain. You never told me why you picked the deity Silver Lady," Helena said as she read the fire.

Sept ignored her, she placed the fire under Helena's chin it glowed a vivid green, "First class mage siren now moon mage. Aura of wisdom, power and love," Sept read for her.

Sept then placed the fire under Duo. It was black traced with green.

"Confessor now moon mage. A sad past. Aura of soul, happiness, love, fear. Maker of death," Sept laughed softly, "looks like you'll replace Shinigami when you die."

Moving on to Quatre, "A first class mage now.... Wait a minute. Helena is that what I think it is," Sept asked about the ice blue fire.

Helena nodded, "But their haven't been one of those since........,"

"Your father was one Sept."

"Explain," Heero commanded.

"Yes, mister grumpy one word," Helena mumbled.

"My dear big brother is a Heart Holder. He can sense emotions of others. Mainly ones close like friends or cherished family members. He can also cast spells for healing although as you can seem some spells are rather dangerous. Carol......," she finished.

Heero nodded and the others kind of nodded too. They all were a little shock with the way this was turning out.

"Quatre's aura is of love, fear, caring, and bravery," Helena finished.

Next was Trowa, his fire was forest green like his eyes, "Your birth mother was a wood nymph. You posses those powers. Your aura is of pain, fear, strength, and balance. Like a circus tight rope walker."

He simple nodded, next was Wufei. He gave everyone a huge shock. His fire glowed ebony black with a blue dragon design in it.

"A servant of Nataku. And...... Hey Sept do you know what he is. I haven't seen this before," Helena asked, she was smart but she didn't have the main facts and teachings of moon mages that Sept did.

"Wufei is the first son of Gailia. An Earth mage. His aura is of teaching, learning, pride, justice, and friendship," Sept replied.

"An Earth mage? What's that," Helena asked.

"You mean you don't know," Wufei asked annoyed.

"Don't mess with Helena. She doesn't have the proper training I do. An Earth mage is a teacher and a learner. Wufei has the power to teach anything and learn anything. And strong patience with his students," Sept explained.

"Well, that explains why he hasn't strong up Duo during his sword training," Heero mused.

"Why Heero it's your turn," Helena laughed as Sept's fire went under Heero's chin.

Heero's fire turned blindingly white with a cobalt blue out line.

"Who would believe it," Sept laughed.

"What," he asked.

"Our little Captain Yuy has magic. He happens to be a decedent of an old elf clan. I think it's the Sinlani. Which I doesn't really fit. The Shinlani were cold hearted elves that carried out the orders to complete destination. Heero doesn't really fit because he has a pure heart," Helena spoke.

"The white on the inside stands for your bravery and the pureness of your heart. The blue is your magic that grows stronger day be day. You must have noticed and dismissed it but knew it was connected with the fact that Wufei or Quatre said they felt magic."

"Hmmmmm." Heero answered in deep thought, "I believe you."

"That's good," Helena said, "I cant wait to see my beloved brother Treize again when this over."

"How do you know we'll come out alive? You're related to Treize," Duo asked.

"Yep, I am his younger sister. We know each other, I left for school and I guess he thinks that I was captured by Une. Luckily I wasn't. Plus I don't know if we'll live through this. I just want to be a little optimistic," Helena explained with a toss of her lime green hair. After that they decided it was way past time to go to sleep.
