a) An effective strong ZUKI ( thrust ), UCHI ( Strike ) or KERI ( Kick ) is made in prescribed place ( face or trunk of the body ).
b) A crush is made by a continuous attack.
c) The opponent's face is touching the floor or a right KUGEKI ( motion ) is made when the distance of the face to the floor is close.
d) A correct UCHI or KERI is made in the opponent's crotch.
e) A momentum throw is made by skillfully lifting his waist to his chest or shoulders. This is Nage-waza ( Throwing techniques ).
f) You completely controlled the opponent by KANSETSU-GYAKUTORI-WAZA ( reverse grasp technique ).
REMARKS : The score for hitting each other at the same time is offset, but the point which is made at the time limit is counted.
PROHIBITIONS :
1) An intentional attack to the outside of the protective padding.
2) To give a strong ATEMI-WAZA to your opponent when he is on the floor.
3) To lift your opponent's body and thrust him down so that his neck hits the floor.
4) To hold your opponent's elbow or forearm under your arm and give him GYAKUTORI-WAZA to his joint with your whole body.
5) To give GYAKUTORI-WAZA to a joint by ATEMI-WAZA.
6) To grasp unfairly the opponent's protective padding.
7) When both of your feet are outside the HOEN line facing each other. However, when only one foot is out or when you go out during a scuffle, it isn't counted as a foulplay.
8) During the grapple outside the HOEN line : if the fighter on top gives ATEMI-WAZA or the fighter underneath intentionally escapes outside the outer circle.
NOTE : When the fighter who is pined escapes outside the outer line, the attack is allowed the receive one point.
PENALTY :
a) Chief referee must decide at once whether such foulplay will worth causion or warning and must advise to the tried player.
b) Advised two (2) causion equal one (1) warning which is treated as minus one point in score.
c) Vicious offender will be disqualified from the game.
