Hallo boys.

I painted this this morning (7/17/98). if you can't tell it's the pop star Bjork. I am in college and don't enough money to entertain myself in ways that cost money. This is the first time i've used acrylic and also the second ive painted anything out of art class. I hate art class. I could never get an A in such a blow off class. Anyway, acyrlic is pretty cool. It runs out of paint on your brush so it does a good hair effect. And also it layers paint instead of bleeding, as shown on the clothing. I only have two tubes of acrylic so far.blue and black..the red was lipstick mixed with water. They cost like 5-6 a tube man. As you can see,I must have painted and rubbed off that mouth like four times. I just gave up. Oh well. Also, I've recently decided that this work is not finished. I've cleaned up the mouth, and I've decided to write in a bjork poem written in on the white on her face..hmm. To see a larger version, click on the picture.

Here is a painting I did a few months ago.It is a picture of the dc/verigo comic book heroine Death. It kind sof looks like my older sister. Right after I did it I had the idea to hang it up anonymously in school, like graffiti. It was gone the next day.

Here am I about a few months ago. this was during my cardigan phase, and this is before I went off to work. All the ohter scanned pictures of me either old or have my head on a female celebrity

Here is a picture of my friend who made those pictures. His name is Tuan. Here is him with Gillian Anderson. Once he crossed my body( clothed, duh) with tthe face of a girl at school. She thought I made it and threatened to kill me. Her name was Phung. That was just in case she is reading this.

This used to be on my dorm door.I found in a Dillard's (department store) catalogue in the trash. I might actually might go out and buy that plate. But alack, I'm just a poor student. I took it down after someone ripped off a piece of paper attached to it that had my name(Donovan)on it.It had all these stickers of the Justice League of America(Batman,Superman,Flash,Green Lantern,Aquaman,Wonder Woman, Martian Manhunter, and there's one one more I forget) on it I think this black guy named Donovan who lives in the hall did it. the bastard. He's a pretty big guy.
