Ranma 1/2 Nettouhen episode 13  
"Sarawareta Akane!"
"The Abduction of Akane!"
 
This is a story that I haven't seen in the manga..
Moose makes a comeback, and wants to take revenge on Ranma.
 
* * * * * * * * * * S P O I L E R S * * * * * * * * * *
 
 Kasumi is walking down the street shopping.  Akane comes along calling her
 and shows the new stuffed animal pig that she just got.  She says she had
 wanted it for a long time.  But then, some guy dressed in a Chinese costume
 with a mask and riding a unicycle grabs the pig and says that he has captured
 Tendo Akane.  He tells Kasumi and Akane to tell Ranma that he will be waiting
 at the Chinese festival.  Then he runs away holding the pig.
 
 At home Kasumi tells everyone that Akane (the pig) has been captured.  Ranma
 asks why he has to go, but his father beats him up and says that you have to
 accept every challenge.  At the festival, Akane and Ranma-chan meet Shampoo.
 Then the guy in the mask, carrying the pig, comes up and reveals his true
 identity.  It was Moose.  When Moose squeezes the pig, it makes a squeaking
 sound, and Ranma-chan says, "stop it, Akane's crying."  Then Akane hits Ranma.
 Akane also hits Moose for saying that the pig was her.
 
 In the main tent, Akane, Ranma-chan, and Shampoo watch the Chinese acrobatics.
 Akane throws Ranma-chan into the middle, as they were asking for a volunteer
 for the knife throwing show.  A white duck with glasses, carrying knives
 appears and throws the knives at Ranma-chan.  Ranma-chan catches them all
 with her teeth.  Kunou Tatewaki was also there at the show and he tries to
 save Ranma-chan.
 
 It turns out that the duck was Moose.  Ranma and Moose face off to fight
 outside.  Moose says that after he lost to Ranma, he returned to China and
 fell into the spring that turns people into ducks.  Moose brought back a lot
 of the water from that spring and tries to dump it on Ranma.  But Shampoo
 comes and splashes water on Moose.  Moose turns into a duck, and tries to
 give flowers to Shampoo.  But Shampoo slaps him away and says that she doesn't
 want him.  Moose as the duck, then attacks Ranma and chases him throughout the
 festival, throwing knives and water balloons containing the spring water.
 Finally Ranma throws darts and traps Moose.
 
 At night, Akane is looking for Ranma and Shampoo.  Moose catches her and runs
 off with her.  Kunou saw this and was going to save Akane, but Sasuke, also
 trying to help, traps Kunou in a net.
 
 Moose scatters a lot of flyers about his magic show, saying that a girl will
 turn into a duck.  There is a picture of Akane on that flyer.  In the main
 tent, a bound and gagged Akane is put into an empty tank.  Above her is a
 water faucet which has the spring water.
 
 Ranma also sees the flyer and is running to save Akane.
