Skuld is a lot like Bell, both have hair no comb can tame and Skuld's
"warning labels" look like SD versions of Bell's, but there are
differences.

I like to think that the goddesses are like various countries.

First, Belldandy is a nation rich in tradition with rituals and social
structures that are quite dated yet somehow comforting and help create
private places in a crowd, but sometimes it's hard to tell if the masks
are ever really off.

Then Skuld is a nation that's trying to jump into the future with
targeted government intervention to support the right "winners" in the
economy while leaving room for small-scale inovation and feels itself in
danger of losing it's soul in the ever increasing rush, or worse yet
falling behind.

And Urd is a nation that parties hard, has constant scandals in society
and government and then gets up the next morning and goes back to work.

These three nations are of course Japan, Japan and Japan.
