We begin by seeing Skuld scream as she chases a bug across the Yggdrasil system. Bugs (little rabbit looking things with 8 legs) are such a nuisance.. especially when Skuld finds that lots more are taking over the computer system.
In the meanwhile, Keiichi's auto-club teammates stop by the temple and elect him as the club's drag racing representative. And then they leave him alone to work on a motorbike all by himself.
In the temple Belldandy's cheerfully stirring together ingredients to make a cake for Keiichi and the others. Urd gets exasperated just watching Belldandy stir the mix together slowly. Urd insists on using her powers, saying that it will make the job easier, which leads to a gigantic mess in the kitchen. But Urd can't be to blame, she's not used to such simple tasks. So, instead of sticking around to help clean up, she goes off to "help" Keiichi with his bike. Urd's help, however, manages to blow up the engine. Keiichi finds himself majorly stressing out, so he decides that a nice relaxing bath is in order. Just as he begins to unwind, Skuld (Belldandy's li'l sis and fellow goddess) pops outta the water. Both stare at each other in shock and proceed to scream bloody murder.
Belldandy just happens to be Skuld's favorite sister, so she's super happy to see her big sis.. With both Belldandy and Skuld living on Earth, Skuld has become awfully lonely in Heaven. And of course, Keiichi is to blame. Why? Just because he made his wish to have Bell stay with him forever and ever. Skuld being the person she is, despises Keiichi and tells him that she wants him to take his wish back so Belldandy can go back to Heaven, but Bell's not about to go along with Skuld's plan. She wants to stay because that's what Keiichi wants.
Keiichi decides to get back to work on his engine when his sempai stops by and hands him a twin-engine. Keiichi's not to keen on the idea of using an unstable engine for the motorbike, but he's outvoted by the other club members. Moments later, Aoshima, from another racing club at NIT, arrives and informs Keiichi that he has no chance of winning. Aoshima attempts to play the role of Don Juan with Belldandy, but she's a little clueless as to what's happening.
Skuld, in the meantime, looks over Keiichi's plans for the bike and fixes his calculations. Being extremely proud of her work, she's sure that Keiichi can easily win the race now.
At the site of the race we find that an agreement of sorts between the team members and Aoshima was worked out ~ but Keiichi was not told about it. As it goes, if Aoshima wins the race, Belldandy will join his racing club. Belldandy isn't worried tho, she has a lot of confidence in Keiichi's abilities. Skuld listens in on the news and reflects on it for a moment. What if Keiichi let Belldandy down? Wouldn't she hate him and want to go back to Heaven with her little sister? So Skuld goes ahead and sabotages Keiichi's bike.
During the race Keiichi encounters some.. technical difficulties. The bike doesn't seem very stable, and Keiichi can't figure out what's wrong with it. The other team is winning now, and there's only one race to go. Belldandy manages to motivate Keiichi not to give up. So he tries his best altho the bike feels like it could fall apart at any moment. But suddenly, the other team encounters engine failure, and Keiichi wins the race (whoo!).
On the way back home, Belldandy notices a ring, and Keiichi wishes that he had the money to buy it for her. Belldandy's sisters think that it's awful of him not to buy her anything, but Belldandy doesn't mind. Keiichi on the other hand feels like a total loser despite his recent victory.
