Para Para is a charecter in both the comic and manga of Sailor Moon. She is a bit psyco, but so cute and childish! In the anime, at least. She plays with dolls, and sleeps with stuffed animals.
In the manga she seems more evil and devoted to her work. In the manga she uses her attack/technique Palaquin Ball to turn a fish, a tiger, and a hawk, into Fish Eye, Tiger Eye, and Hawk Eye. In the anime it was Zirconia who did this, and the quartet took over once the Trio were gone. In the anime the monster of the day for the Susper S series was a lemure, and all lemures ParaPara summoned were female. Also in the anime, she is the most immature of the amazoness quartet, yet (in both versions) she is the real brains of the group. She comes up with ideas that almost work. One of them actually did work, when the senshi were fighting queen Nephrenia, ParaPara had VesVes switch the golden crystal with a pineapple! And Nephrenia didn't even know it for a while! In the fight with Nephrenia, the amazoness are getting their energy taken away by the amazon stones that Zirconia gave them. Sailor Moon tells them to destroy the stones but they say that they don't want to because if they do they'll become adults and lose their dreams. Sailor Moon tells them tht adults can have their dreams too. After the battle is won by the Sailor Senshi, ParaPara and the other amazoness quartet are turned into the Asteriod Senshi (in the manga only). They are the guardians of Chibi-Usa (Rini). They leave then, for the future, but in the Stars series they make an appearence with Chibi Moon and help destroy Sailor Heavy Metal Papillion. They use their group attack Amazoness Jungle Arrow. When ParaPara becomes a Senshi her name becomes Sailor Pallas, instead of Para. ParaPara attacks!
