Hime is princess in jap. Actually there wasnt any intention to draw a royal at the time. I actually drew this based on Sammy Cheng hairstyle in her concert..She got those bang? with all the colors and also a fan, but instead of paper she carried feathers fan.. well I decided paper is more stylo..for my pic anyway.
