Personality- Okay, yes she is a snob, yes she has friends, yes she is spoiled, and yes, she is usually very sweet. Now for detail. She is a bit of a snob who although appears to be sweet, under those big blue eyes of hers, you have a little demon just waiting to gloat. She is true and honest to all of her friends. She will risk her life, just so one of them can sharpen a pencil (earth expression)Yes she is just a teesy weensy bit clingy (*Cough Cough!*). But she loves and treasures all her friends and will not let any harm come to them when she is around.
Appearance- She has looooooonnnnnggggg blue hair that she keeps in a long flowing braid and is very very pale. Her eyes a dark dark blue and have some sort of whimsical sparkle to them. She looks very human and she can make her feet turn into hooves (along with her hands) or turn into normal human feet, no one knows what her real feet look like. Her body is very airy and light and thin. She is about 5'0, short since most girls in her city are 6'2
History- She is a princess. The city Laichament is where she and her parents live. It is a small but pretty little town in the Kingdom Aer. Her parents are King and Queen of course. She was raised spoiled and proper, and a lot of this has rubbed out on her. She is not sooo spoiled she cannot make friends and is just a proper jerk, but spoiled enough to throw tantrums when she doens't get what she wants sometimes.
Extra Power- Birds. She understands them wonderfully. She adores them, although they are totally diffrent in Aer and her city. Also, she can sorta talk to the wind

 Powers:
Fuku-Main color- light blue secondary color-clear (can the pads be dark blue please?)the chair is just some curvy lines likes this ~~~~~ her gloves a looonnggg all the way up to her shoulder gloves that are clear and have no finger coverings. Her boots are a little bit up to her thighs and are also clear, with a thin blue cloth on the inside. They have this symbol ~ on the top like Sailor Moon's did. A pair of snowy white wings protrude from her back.

Weapons- A hammer. Thats right, a hammer.
Transformation- The transformation phrase is ‘Peugases Paradeiose Wind Make-Up!’ She stands one hand infront of her, the other on her forhead. She lifts the hand infront of her up wards and her hammer falls into it. She starts swinging it about and breezes ruffle her hair. Suddenly she points her hammer upwards and a hurricane like breeze engulfs in in a cocoon like thing and she bursts out, in full fuku, her hammer slung over her shoulder on it's strap, her left foot forward and her right hand on her hip, her left hand is holding the strap the hammer is connected to.
Powers-
Spinning Hammer Cyclone, BLOW! She begins spinning her hammer in her hands like a baton. She begins to whisper "Spinning Hammer Cyclone" then with a large hard crack, she bangs it into the ground and yells"BLOW!" a tornado forms from where she hit the ground and sweeps up the enemy blowing him/her away and confusing the for a few seconds. This is her defensive attack.
Forceful Hurricane Hammer Strike, POUND! She starts off holding her hammer, and then she begins spinning around, her hammer swinging with her, and she yells "Forceful Hurricane Hammer Strike" she spins faster and faster until she is a blur, her hammer being put infront of her so it spins with her. Then she twirls towards the enemy giving them a heavy blow and the occsionall dizzy spell.
