Physical description of features:
Rhiannon is a slender willowy girl, fairly graceful and seemingly mature. Her hair is pale, shimmery blue, with silver highlites, down to the middle
of her back and straight. Usually done up with two braids, going from just behind her ears and meeting in the middle, before falling down her back. Rhia has lightly tanned, or golden tanned skin with a clear complextion. Her eyes are light violet with specks of gold around the center, looking like burning embers when in direct light.
School: Hala Academy (a private high school for the rich)
Powers (no more than 3):
-Moon Isis Flash! - A beam of glittering light shots out of Rhia's palms. It may look pretty, but it packs a bit of a punch. It doesn't do more damage then to knock the enemy off balace, though. It's her primary attack and doesn't have enough power to kill anything, most likely just to annoy.
-Moonlit Fury! - Rhia glows shimmery white and then from above, the moon flashes and star fall from the sky. They land, flaming, in about a mile radius and can cause some damage, mostly to buildings, roads and there is no
aiming with this power. It drains a lot of Rhiannon's power and she can't use it more then once in a battle.
Personality:
-Rhiannon is outgoing. She's been known to pull some risqué stunts in her time and believe me, the big kahuna's at her school don't appreciate it. She get's good grades, good enough to stay at the Academy, but she doesn't pay attention in classes. She's the typical yeah-I'm-smart-but-I-don't-care kinda person. She'll think nothing of blowing off a class to go hang out in the town just outside the Academy. She hates the fact that she is Princess
and doesn't want to rule. She has kept her identity secret from the Acadmey. Her motto is:"The world isn't full of strangers...only people I haven't met yet."
Regular clothes:
-She wears a dress(see attachment) much like a ballgown that is white, with a shimmery bustle. All the girl's at her school are either rich, or nobilty of some kind and this formal gown is the uniform for the girls. The color is the only thing up to them. Contrary to the picture, Rhiannon's dress is
white with an opague bustle, diamonds scattered in it, like every other girl's. When she's out on the weekends, she wears normal clothes, nice skirts and the like.
Mental Stance: Outgoing, a bit hotheaded, quick thinker.
Social Stance: Princess of the Moon, but she doesn't care for the fame that title comes with and asked that her indentity be kept secret. She is know as Lady Rhiannon.
Background: Rhiannon is the daughter of Queen Small Lady Serenity(Rini) and Elios(Helios). She is the princess and heir to the throne of the Moon. Since Rhia was young, her parent's gave her an alias. Lady Rhiannon. Her real name, in keeping with the Moon Kingdom tradition, is Serenity, just Lady Serenity. Rini did this for her daughter's safety and so far, it's worked.
People believe she is a very rich relation of the crown, staying with the King and Queen because her own parents aren't around to take care of her. Rhia is always dodging responsibility and would gladly hand over the crown, at this point in time.
Weapons: The Cosmic Staff. Merely for decoration, though it
will aid in her last power, which is to be determined.
