So our heroes got captured by Queen Zeal and her chess regiment.
Marie: I can't believe they caught me, too. I'm just a piece of Magicite!
Tritoch: Hey, you have arms and legs, of COURSE they'd catch you!
Trystan: You'd make a nice freak in a freak show.
Pawn: No talking in the ranks!
Morandan: We don't have to listen to you!
Suddenly a large, menacing group of pawns surrounds him.
Morandan: Okay...maybe we do.
Knight: March single file!
So they march to the executioner's block...
Locke2: I guess this is it.
Morandan: So this is why Queen Zeal and her troops are dressed in red...
Knight: All right you all, step up here.
Zeal: YES! Off with their heads! Off with their heads! At long last, I will gain my ULTIMATE REVENGE!!
Trystan: What do you have against US?
Zeal: For ages I have tried to get a ChronoTrigger mailing list going...but when I finally got a group of followers, John Daley came and made this FF MAILING LIST!!
Morandan: So the FFML took all your would-be list members?
Zeal: That is correct. But now I have gotten my Ultimate Revenge...first I made John's luggage go by the wrong flight, which'll put HIM out of commission until he can get everything straightened out again!
Tritoch: Ye gads, what evil! To be made a slave to Canada's airline system!
Zeal: ...And now I have captured the interim List Moderators also! Once I have you beheaded, I will take over the FFML and turn it into...THE CTML!! Muhahahahahahahah!!!
Locke2: Noooooo!!
Zeal: YES!! It was also I who kidnapped Rydia and held her hostage until she had so much mail that it would take her MONTHS to respond...then I got control of Edgar's mind so he would start serenading...then I finally took
over Schala's mind so she would write this crazy story!! HAHAHAHAHA!!
Trystan: But what about the N64 Man and Aaron Cohen?
Zeal: HA! They were but mere PAWNS...
Pawns: At your service, Your Majesty!
Zeal: Not YOU, you fools! Off with their heads!!
Pawns: AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!
Zeal: ...they were simply my tools to break up the FFML! I made them play the N64, but little did they know that I had slipped subliminal messages into the games.
Marie: I *thought* they were just a little TOO fanatic about the N64...
Zeal: Not *only* did it cause them to love the N64 and hate the PSX, it also changed the N64 Man from a goody two-shoes into the evil cussing being he is now!!!
Tritoch: You are a truly evil being...
Zeal: Yes, isn't the power of Lavos just so lovely? HAHAHAHA!!
