URESHI REPPU KEN

Ureshi Reppu Ken is a little known martial art that has faerie
origins. Originally developed between elves and their cousins for
protection, its attacks are vicious and straightforward. Quick
punches are the concentration, with some mystici, almost magical.
Very few non-faeries have ever learned it, being shrouded in
mystery so much. Even then there are very few in the entire world
who practice, and an astounding amount of dedication is needed to
to master it. The attacks are showy and graceful like Wu Shu, but
even more fierce.

Ureshi Reppu Ken is also a very limiting martial art. Its
practitioners can never use kicks or learn kick-related special
maneuvers. Likewise, no blocking special maneuvers can ever be
learned. This attack also works out to their advantage, since
these limitations allow them to learn other maneuver at a reduced
cost.
